Use of content

All content on this site (articles, frameworks, illustrations) is owned by Bart Magera. You may share and quote with attribution. Reproducing entire articles or commercial use without written permission is not permitted.

No SEO guarantees

SEO results depend on factors outside any consultant's direct control (search algorithm changes, competitor activity, your business decisions). Nothing on this site is a guarantee of specific ranking or traffic outcomes.

SEO consultations

Services are provided by Mojo Links LLC, 312 W. 2nd St #2426, Casper, WY 82601, USA; consultations are led by Bartłomiej Magera. SEO consultations are offered to businesses and professionals only, not to consumers.

Booking and payment

You book an SEO consultation through the online calendar. The booking is confirmed once the consultation is paid by card through the payment processor Stripe. Invoices are issued by Mojo Links LLC. Booking a slot means ordering the service and accepting these terms.

Rescheduling and cancellation

You can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the meeting, using the link in the booking confirmation or by email to bart@bartmagera.com. If you cancel within that window, the full fee is refunded. Changes or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the meeting, and no-shows without notice, are not refunded. Arriving late does not extend the meeting: it ends at the scheduled time. If a consultation cannot take place for reasons on my side, we agree a new date.

Nature of the service

An SEO consultation is advisory. Decisions about implementing recommendations, including their scope, method and timing, are yours. A consultation does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic or revenue.

Complaints

Complaints about a consultation can be sent by email to bart@bartmagera.com within 14 days of the consultation. I respond within 14 days of receiving the complaint.

Engagements

Specific terms for paid engagements beyond SEO consultations are set out in a separate scope-of-work agreement signed before any work begins.
